| Drew Crowder

With a longstanding history in venture capital and private equity financing, Drew has been a small business CEO since 2005. In the last 12 years he launched half a dozen companies, his current investment portfolio (through his venture company DCES) has holdings in manufacturing, restaurants, real estate, entertainment, fashion and publishing. He attends a dozen conventions each year with his company Hashtag Comics, the largest publisher of comics and graphic novels in the Washington DC Area.

| Seth Polansky

Seth is a contracts, intellectual property, and start-up specialist. He founded the professional firm Seth Polansky LLC in 2005. Through both this firm and his corporate experience, he has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding practice. He has counseled small businesses and artists in securing copyright, trademark and other intellectual property protection, and aided them in navigating contracts. Seth is an avid gamer and filmmaker, most recently releasing the film “Of Dice and Men” worldwide. He is also the director of the Origins Film Festival.

| Justin Rojas

As one of the most well-known faces in Anime, Justin leads social strategy and business development for Funimation. For almost a decade, he has helped grow the company from a non-existent social following to over 12 million fans across its various channels. Justin also represents the company when hosting their biggest events across the nation and appears in much of their online content including the live anime talk show Dubbletalk.
